-Send & Returns-



As soon as we receive your order and payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will do our utmost to ensure that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible. If you have an emergency order please contact us to see what is possible.


-House care Netherlands-

For the home delivery of your order, Herber's Rural Living Style works with PostNL or an external shipping company. This depends on the weight and size of the items you order with us. The email confirmation you receive from us is what kind of delivery to you applies. Furniture and other large items that can not be shipped with PostNL are delivered to your home by an independent, experienced delivery service.


-track and trace-

As soon as your articles go out with us, you will receive a mail from us containing the Track & Trace data. Via this link you can follow your package. If you want to know the exact status of your package, you can login with this code on the PostNL site. If you are not present your order will be offered the next day. Are not you home? Then you can pick up your order at the nearest PostNL service point.


-Post Options NL-

After you enter your shopping cart in the shopping cart, you will see the delivery options of Post NL that are applicable to your address. For example, it is possible to have your package delivered by Post NL in the evening, at a pick-up point on the day and Time that suits you best.


-Day and time-

Together with Post NL we offer you the option to choose a day with the corresponding delivery date. To do this, click on your preference in the table.


-Only deliveries-

At around 400 pick-up points, it is possible to pick up your order early. Should this possibility be available near you. Then you will see this in your shopping cart.

-Avond delivery-

In the table you will also find the option to choose an evening delivery. This can be a small additional contribution you can see if you click this option.


-Packing at a PostNL office or service point-

PostNL has over 2000 landfill locations throughout the Netherlands and service points at, among others, Albert Heijn, Bruna, Jumbo and Primera. After you fill in your address information, you will see the nearest download locations. Where you can pick up your package.


-Belgie | EU Pack-

Your order is delivered by PostNL at home depending on the weight and size. Once your items have been delivered to PostNL, you will receive a mail from us containing the Track & Trace data. If you want to know the exact status of the package, you can log on to the PostNL site and track your package with your unique track and trace code. Via this link you can follow the package. When you are not home, the package will be offered the next day. In total, a delivery attempt is made three times. When you are not home three times, the package is returned to HerbersLifestyle


Furniture and special supplies-

Furniture and other large items that can not be shipped with PostNL are delivered to your home by an independent, experienced delivery service. This delivery service delivers your goods to the front door. You can send us a weekday when you prefer to receive your order. You can also indicate a time limit of 6 hours in which your order can be delivered. Our delivery service delivered between 08:00 and 17:00.


Should you not be out to be present and there are no family friends or neighbors who can receive your package / furniture. Then we will find a different solution with you. For example, you can choose a by-pass for a time delivery. For an idea of the cost of this;


- For an hourly delivery of 1 hour (eg deliver between 08:00 - 09:00) we will charge a surcharge of € 75, -


- For a 2 hour delivery of time (eg deliver between 09:00 - 11:00) we will charge a surcharge of € 45, -


- For a 4-hour time delivery we will charge a surcharge of € 25.00


These rates are valid from 08:00 to 17:00 and are applicable both in the morning and in the afternoon.


Note that all orders are brought to the front door. Are you living on the second floor or would you like the furniture to be put in place. Then ask for the possibilities.

-Opening or viewing-

We do not have a shop with fixed opening hours. Well, if you have seen something beautiful in our webshop, please feel free to visit us. Please send us a message or contact us when you come to visit us, we will ensure that someone is there and you can take a quick look at our showroom. You do not have to feel awkward to make an appointment to come and see. We are happy to assist you.

-Shipping costs-

The shipping costs for the Netherlands and Belgium depend on the total value of your order. The amount we charge is only a contribution to the total cost of delivering your package at home.


-Total order value to   € 50,00: shipping fee € 4,95


-Total order value € 50.00 or more: free shipping


-User lamps € 19.95


- Furniture and Special Supplies € 34,95
